Using your feedback, we’ve re-designed the user interface and incorporated new features and improved overall device performance.

Your customers can‘Buy now, pay later’

Your device can now accept Zip.  Zip provides your customers with the unique opportunity to make purchases and pay for them later, with an approved credit up to $1,000. With over 1.5 million Australians already using these payment systems, the new payment option can ultimately lead to an increase in-store spend and business revenue.

We’ve redesigned the menu structure to make navigation faster and more intuitive whilst significantly improving device functionality.

A ‘Pay With’ menu is the new home for alternative payment methods such as Zip and will soon home an additional 5-6 payment methods.

Functions, Menu and Account are also all accessible from the main screen, leading to faster navigation for the daily actions you’re performing all the time.

Improved supportdirectly from your device

3.0 aims to streamline all device related activities by offering a new ‘Account’ screen where you can place stock orders and request device support. You have the option to order paper rolls and request customer support call backs directly from your device, simply by entering your contact phone number. In the coming months the Account section will be expanded to include a mailbox function for receiving product updates and promotional information.

Additional features

Less wait time

You now have an alternative for your transaction send frequency with ‘Idle time’ and ‘Idle Transactions’ options. Your device will automatically upload transactions during your down time meaning less wait time during busy periods. Simply contact us to enable this feature.

Faster navigation

Access to the Totals, History and Receipts screens is now lightening quick thanks to an important OS update.

Enhanced custom footers

We’ve improved the layout and formatting of custom receipt footers, offering your business an additional way to communicate promotional offers and other important messages to your customers.
