RESOLVED: Telstra Connectivity Issue

The Telstra outage affecting terminal connectivity for some merchants is progressively being restored.

We apologise for the extensive delay and any inconvenience caused.

If your terminal is still unable to connect please perform a reboot by following these steps:

1. Disconnect the terminal from its power source
2. Hold down the RED button for 10 seconds until the terminal has completely powered down
3. Hold down the GREEN button to switch on the terminal and power on
