At Live eftpos, we’re constantly looking for ways to help you find the answers to any questions you may have.

We understand that in today’s digitally connected world you want access to information immediately and to not have to wait for a response.

Introducing the Live eftpos knowledge base

The Live eftpos knowledge base has been designed to be our central hub for sharing and managing information across the whole company. It is also your one stop online destination of finding information about our products and services. Topics include:

  • The application process
  • The Live eftpos device and technical support
  • Payments and fees
  • Account changes
  • Live eftpos black
  • Qantas Business Rewards
  • The MyWeb portal and monthly payment reports

We currently have over 100 answer pages to important questions that we frequently receive. Where necessary, answer pages also include links to useful resources such as forms, user guides and articles. And it’s not going to stop there. Over the next few months we’ll continue adding information with the aim of covering every possible question you could think of.

Your questions create the topics

We’re confident we’ve got most of the key topics covered, however we can sometimes receive customer questions that we’d not previously thought of. So, if we receive a new query from a customer that we think the answer would be useful to know for all customers, we’ll add it in. Alternatively, if you think of something that would be useful for customers to know, tell us and we’ll also add it in. There is no limit to the amount of information we can add and we want the knowledge base to be as extensive as possible.

If you find an article useful you can let us know simply by clicking the ‘YES’ button under the article where it says, ‘Did you find it helpful?’. If you find the information doesn’t adequately answer your question, simply select ‘NO’. If ‘NO’ is selected too many times then we’ll rewrite the article so it hopefully becomes a little more helpful!

All team members are contributing

Team members from every department are contributing to the article pages we create. If you’re reading the answer to a technical question about the MyWeb reporting platform then you know the information will have come from our IT team. If the question is about your Live eftpos device, then it will have come from our Operations team. We believe in the benefit of the knowledge hub so much that we are even using to share information internally.

The knowledge hub has also meant that our phone lines are now less busy, meaning if you have a query that is not in the knowledge base and need to call, we’ll be able to receive your call sooner.
