To ensure we take this commitment seriously, we assign a Dedicated Relationship Manager to every client account, no matter how big or small your business is.

Single point of contact

You’ll know who your Relationship Manager (RM) is from the very first time you speak to us and they will continue to be your personal point of contact for ongoing assistance and all things related to your Live eftpos device.

Our relationship management team are customer service experts and take pleasure building relationships with our clients. All our RMs have extensive experience with many having worked and built their skillset working for large brands such as Adobe, Telstra and P&O Cruises.

They will take the time to understand the needs of your business and become your ongoing point of contact for any requests or queries you may have.

Improved business performance

The first thing our RMs will do is get to know you, your business and your business goals. Once we understand your businesses objectives and financial goals, we’ll tailor a custom solution to suit your business. You can expect our service to be personalised and we’ll always communicate with you in a relaxed first name basis.

Once you’re up and running with your Live eftpos device, we’ll constantly review the performance of your device and look to offer suggestions of ways we can improve our service offering. We understand that business priorities can change and aim to be as flexible as possible with any changes you wish to make to your account.

We can also make suggestions of other Live group products that may suit your business needs, such as business loans, insurance or direct debit. Think of us as your personal business advocate.

Technical assistance when you need it

We don’t expect that you’ll have any issues with your Live eftpos device but on the odd occasion that you do, we’ll be on hand to help resolve any technical issues. This includes everything from basic troubleshooting to reconfiguring your device, issue diagnosis and problem analysis.
