Our innovative software provides you with detailed reports itemising EFTPOS transactions including the MSF you've paid. Reports are automatically generated and emailed to you at the time of payment.

We supply you with three types of reports:
1. Payment report - emailed at the time of payment

2. Weekly activity report - provides a summary of the overall week's transactions.

3. Monthly activity report - provides a monthly summary of your transactions.

Online Access

All Live EFTPOS customers gain access to the web based customer portal. It's quick and easy to set up and gives you instant access to your transactions as well as a host of other useful features making it even easier to manage your business.

Maintenance & Repairs

in the unlikely event your terminal needs replacing we will do this within 48 hours of receiving your call and completely free of charge.
